How can I place my order?

Do you have all products in stock?
All products which you can order in our eshop are in stock.
Can I order products which you don’t have in stock?
If you can't find specific product or product is 'out of stock’, contact us and we will be happy to order it for you.
PAYMENT
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by bank transfer or via Stripe.
DELIVERY
How fast my order will be shipped?
Your order will be sent in 24 hours. If you placed your order on the weekend order will be send in 48 hours.
When will my order be delivered?
In Lithuania you will receive your package in 1-2 working days. In Latvia and Estonia you will receive your package in 3-5 working days.
Can I take my order in Vilnius?
Yes, you can take you order in our office in Vilnius, Ateities street 10. Please contact us before.
RETURNS
What's the return period?
Within 14 working days after receiving your order, it is possible to exchange/return the items (except if the item was specially pre-ordered for the person). Products must be in the original packaging with original labels,complete and without damage, unused and clean.
WARRANTY
How long do I have warranty on an item?
We hold the manufacturer's warranty from the suppliers. This warranty is void in case of wear and tear due to use and external damage.
